Thank you for shopping with Roxanne Walton Collection. We are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. 

All orders arrive in our signature RW packaging.

Processing Time 

All orders (excluding Made-To-Order) are processed within 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

(Made-To-Order) are processed within 3-6 week (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
• We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $600

Domestic Orders 

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Orders 

At this time, we primarily serve domestic customers. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
