Shipping Policy
We are committed to producing and delivering your made-to-order items as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
Made-To-Order purchases require approximately 3 to 6 weeks for production before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after production (if available at checkout)
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Return Policy (Made-to-Order — 14-Day Window)
Because each item is produced specifically for you, returns are limited.
We accept returns on eligible made-to-order items within 14 days of delivery only if the item meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Made-to-Order Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (including special sizing or alterations)
- Items made to customer-provided measurements
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your purchase (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
